Comic actor Dolphy here plays Brutus, a poor country bumpkin with a yen for Lora (Gloria Diaz), a glamorous movie star. One of her movies is shot in his own poor section of town, and he sees her in the flesh. His desire for her is increased by this apparition, and he decides to get rich in order to be worthy of her. This is just what he does after discovering oil. Now determined to produce a movie with her in it, she is equally determined not to encourage him improperly just to get his money.
