David Gray combines the rhythms of "funk" music with some excellent step routines in this exercise video. Beginners will be pleased to find that David carefully explains the steps he asks the viewers to copy and then use as they start to move to the catchy beat of the background music. However, beginners who have done few aerobic exercises in recent weeks may want to do some prior to trying this step routine out since it does presume a minimal level of stamina. More advanced students may want to add weights appropriate to their workout level. All viewers may need to add their own preferred cooldown routine at the end since the ending moves don't seem to provide a complete one.
