This spoof of the opera world involves the oddessy of a librettist (lyrics-writer) to find just the right musical accompaniment for the words of his wonderful opera. Unfortunately, just about nothing he finds lives up to the wonders of his words, so he must continue his quest, which takes him to Berlin, Moscow and Paris.
