Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Despite the results of the autopsy, David (David Henesy) still insists that his father Roger (Louis Edmonds) killed Bill Malloy. Rushing to Burke's apartment, David unexpectedly comes face to face with Carolyn (Nancy Barrett), who has informed Burke (Mitchell Ryan) that the all-important fountain pen remains missing. This episode originally aired on October 6, 1966.
