Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Against her better judgement, Victoria (Alexandra Moltke) agrees to act as witness at the marriage of Elizabeth (Joan Bennett) and Jason McGuire (Dennis Patrick). Meanwhile, the people of Collinsport are told that Maggie is dead -- actually a subterfuge to protect the girl from her unknown kidnapper. This episode originally aired June 27, 1967, marking the first anniversary of Dark Shadows. On this occasion, Anthony George took over from Mitchell Ryan in the role of Burke Devlin.
