It is the year 2040 and Tokyo is just a shell of what it once was. Environmental disasters both natural and man-made have wrecked the Earth as a whole, and a military organization called DC is beginning to investigate and repair the damage. Ken is just a young man with a sick sister to take care of, but he wants to do his part and begins training for the DC. He isn't doing very well until a monster-like mecha from another world appears before him. Now Ken is taking his own path to restoring the fragile Earth while investigating not only what left it in such ruins, but what power truly lies behind the DC.
