The era of peace between man and cyborg has come to an end, and now as humans stalk their computerized counterparts in search of valuable electronic components, one female cyborg makes a shocking discovery that promises to alter the entire course of history. Informed by Doc Edford (Margaret Avery) that she will soon give birth to a child, female cyborg Cash (Khrystyne Haje) ventures into the wastelands in search of Cytown, a safe-haven for her kind and the home of Evans (Zach Galligan), the brilliant scientist who created them. But Cash isn't alone on the road to Cytown, because, unbeknownst to her, the malevolent Anton Lewellyn (Richard Lynch) and his sidekick Jocko (Andrew Bryniarski) are hot on her trail, and eager to strip her for spare parts. And although the discovery of the last refuge for cyborgs would be an incredible windfall for Lewellyn, even more valuable is the unique life-form currently gestating inside of Cash, who will do everything in her power to protect her unborn child and reach Cytown alive.
