Synopsis by Tim Holland

Catherine investigates a student's murder at her daughter's high school and discovers the victim, who was found dead in a storm drain, was known for being a racist. The probe reveals the teen was killed before his body was dumped into the drainage system, and that his death may be linked to atrocities committed in the past.
