Ivan Rogers is an honest, by-the-book cop--until his wife is brutally raped and murdered. Going off the deep end, Rogers evolves into a one-man killing machine. In pursuit of his wife's slayers, he cuts a swath of death and destruction throughout the city. Though audience sympathy is on his side at first, we can also understand why he has to be stopped. The tension level in Crazed Cop more than compensates for its nonexistent budget.
