Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
In this film about a manager (Gerald Garnier) of motorcycle races, the action -- other than racing itself -- turns on a lapse in the manager's ethics. Overcome by the need to help out a cyclist enter an important race, the manager decides to steal to get the necessary funding for the cyclist. He becomes involved in a burglary, and the story, with its various twists and turns, evolves from there. The director Patrick Grandperret received the Jean-Louis Bory award for creating a film that provides "a love of cinema." Viewers will have to judge for themselves what that might mean in this case.
