Synopsis by Kaitlin Elise Miller
World-renowned Catalan chef Ferran Adrià made his mark on the culinary world as head chef of the restaurant elBulli. But his younger brother Albert also tapped into his impressive creativity when he began working for his brother at age 15, eventually spearheading research and development for elBulli. Now, Albert is attempting to step out of his brother's shadow by ambitiously building his own culinary dynasty in Barcelona with a series of innovative restaurants and projects.
