Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
While on a long railroad journey, a number of female passengers encounter each other and have long, self-revelatory conversations. One elderly woman declares that she has become a feminist during the journey. Another protests that she hates her own stories, then proceeds to relate a huge number of them. The characters never leave the train, nor is there a discernible plotline.
