Director Jeff Chan’s science fiction thriller is a sequel to the 2016 short film of the same name. In a dystopian alternate reality, humans with supernatural abilities are an oppressed minority. A powerful young man joins forces with a criminal network out of desperation, determined to accumulate the funds needed to pay for the medical treatment his ailing mother needs.
