Tamilee Webb provides excellent demonstrations of step-toning and body-toning exercises in this video. Viewers will need their six-inch steps, dumbbells, and floor mats in order to fully follow along. The dumbbells are used to help strengthen the shoulder and bicep areas. The hamstring areas are also fully targeted, as are the muscles in the buttocks area. Be ready to do lunges, dips backward off the step, and one-legged squats. These are clearly routines intended for either intermediate or advanced step students who have been exercising recently. The tempo of the music matches the exercises nicely. Best to use this video early in the day or whenever viewers like to do their hardest daily workouts.
