Originally released as "Abs of Steel 2" in 1991, this advanced workout tape from Tamilee Webb presents 30 solid minutes of almost nothing but crunches. The first 15-minute workout has you lying on your back for a series of upper, lower, oblique, and combination crunches done at various tempos. The second (and more strenuous) 15-minute routine features double sets of oblique crunches done lying on each side, as well as "sit-backs," a twisting and strengthening move. Webb's warm-up and cool-down stretching is minimal, and breaks within each workout consist of brief sets of push-ups. Requires a floor mat; some exercises may strain the lower back.
