Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In 1985, world champion long-distance runner Stan Cottrell ran all 2,125 miles of the Great Wall of China in a mere 53 days. He traveled from north to south accompanied by his family and a film crew. This documentary follows the runner during his Great Friendship Run. Sometimes, after he has completed his run for the day, or before he begins, he interviews local Chinese himself.
