Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
In this standard but fast-paced and well-acted drama, the funeral of a domineering and hypocritical husband and father is the pivotal event which sets the man's family at odds. Even though he was respected publicly for his accomplishments in academia, the father never got along with his sons, especially his oldest son. Now the funeral is being held up while everyone waits for this son to appear. Even without the presence of the father, the family still breaks down into arguing factions -- an indication that there may have been more problems here than created by one man alone.
