Synopsis by Nathan Southern
In the performance film Leonardo Da Vinci's Cenacolo Concert, famed maestro Donato Renzetti conducts the I Pomeriggi Musicali Orchestra through an hour-long work for symphony and vocalists, inspired by Da Vinci's 1498 tableau The Last Supper and performed at the Basilica di S. Ambrogio in Milan, in 1999. The arias are performed by the soprano Cecilia Gasdia and the tenor Pietro Ballo.
