Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Experimental filmmaker Mark Borthwick follows Cat Power to the countryside to record in a purely natural environment -- crickets and all -- in this film that offers an entirely new perspective on how we listen to music. As the camera lingers on Chan Marshall and the band, viewers will experience Cat Power's music in a manner as far removed as possible from the usual smoky and claustrophobic concert venues.
