Henry (Alex Wolff) decides to forgo college to take care of his cancer-stricken mother, Rebecca (Neve Campbell). After she passes away, he strikes an unlikely friendship with their manic and drug-addicted next-door neighbor, Ana (Imogen Poots). As their relationship deepens, Henry finds himself in the exact position Ana is in; and worse, he is now ensnared by the system that is taking hold of their small town—a system that worships opioids.
