After falling into disrepair over several decades, Castle Heights Hospital and its legacy of segregation face demolition. Yet unbeknownst to the city council, a notorious and now-incarcerated crime kingpin hid three million dollars he stole within the walls of the abandoned hospital. A blue-collar laborer (Scott Adkins) inadvertently stumbles upon the loot, arousing the interest of a correctional officer (Dolph Lundgren) hoping to use the sum to finance his daughter's cancer treatment and the kingpin's former henchmen who claim ownership of the cash.
