A Vietnam Veteran draws on his extensive Special Forces training to dispense with the doctors who botched his daughter's surgery and use their remains to create gruesome works of art. Paul Hanover isn't about to let the doctors who destroyed his daughter's life walk free, and after being outfitted with a bizarre mechanical appendage he prepares to create a new form of art that's as disturbing as it is deadly. Now, as each crime scene grows increasingly gruesome, the authorities scramble to discover the vigilante's secret identity before he can strike again.
