Synopsis by Emru Townsend
Jack and Hannah return from the wild to discover that Jack has a visitor: his old friend Sean Russell, who Hannah instantly dislikes. When Sean finally leaves on unspecified business, Jack seems preoccupied and a little sad, but won't explain why. The next day, Jack finds his car engine sabotaged, Hermes unconscious, and some of his equipment stolen. When Hannah examines Hermes she finds he was drugged, and immediately points the finger at Sean. Jack doesn't believe it, but doesn't have time to worry about it: when Hermes wakes up, he runs into the wilderness as if being called by something. Jack and Hannah give chase, eventually discovering hundreds of other dinosaurs that are also caught in a strange thrall -- and the wild child, beckoning for Jack and Hannah to follow. They enter Grith territory, and find the Griths too weak to move from their temple: their life stone has been stolen. Jack and Hannah try to find the connection between the dinosaurs' strange behavior, the Griths' missing stone, and Sean.
