Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
An egotistical actor seeks redemption after killing a mugger with a Buddha statue, and struggling helplessly as his life becomes locked in a downward spiral. Adored by millions and wealthy beyond compare, Tomas had it all until that fateful day in Lagunilla. Shortly after purchasing a Buddha head, the celebrated actor became the victim of a vicious assault, and used the relic to defend himself against his attacker. When the robber dies due to his injuries, Tomas stumbles into a pit of despair, and begins to experience an existential crisis. Later, when Tomas seeks forgiveness from his victim's mother, the grace of forgiveness instills him with the strength to turn his life around.
