The dance steps presented in this video can be a bit hard to learn since they are stringed together into long sequences. Muscle groups located in the upper and lower body are systematically addressed. While beginners are certainly free to try and learn these routines, this tape might be best used by those closer to the intermediate aerobics level. The buttocks area and the abs receive some of the best attention. Though some warm-up exercises are included early on, it might be wise to do some added stretching prior to popping this video into the VCR. Ankle weights can help make some of the routines a bit tougher.
