Tamilee Webb provides an excellent set of routines for those new to the workout world. She particularly targets the buns in this video. The routines are demonstrated slowly enough for all newcomers, and timely cues are provided so that it's hard to actually fall behind. Those who have seen little results in their buttocks area from just walking or using a treadmill should definitely give this video a chance. The music blends in well with the activities. No extra equipment is needed, though ankle weights can be added to make the exercises a bit more challenging. These routines should be done on either a floor mat or a well-padded rug. Viewers' upper leg and thigh areas should also become firmer as a result of many of these exercises.
