This documentary goes inside ear X-tacy Records, a famous Louisville, Kentucky record store known for its selection, history, and ability to survive as the music retail industry continues to grow and revolve. Interviews with owner John Timmons and the ear X-tacy staff, as well as independent record store owners from throughout the US, provide a comprehensive study of the services these stores offer, and the consequences to be endured should they disappear.
