Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Brennus, Enemy of Rome (Brenno, il nemicodi Roma) is what it says it is. The loinclothed hero battles sinister forces that would destroy his home, his friends, and his honor. The action sequences are expertly handled, which is more than we can say for the English dubbing. The stars are Maciste flick veteran Gordon Mitchell, Ursula Davis, and Tony Kendall (aka Luciano Stella). Warming the director's chair is Giacomo Gentilomo, veterans of such gruntfests as Last of the Vikings and Goliath and the Vampires.
