This movie set one year after the conclusion of the second season of the live-action TV series Boys Over Flowers finds Doumyouji and Makino preparing for their fast-approaching wedding. All is going according to plan until the precious tiara passed down through Doumyouji's family that Makino has been planning to wear is stolen. They set off after the thief on a chase throughout locations all over the world, from Las Vegas to Hong Kong, but bigger problems than the missing tiara begin to haunt the adventures when Meiko begins to experience doubts about her upcoming wedding.
