Synopsis by Matthew Tobey
HBO Home Video presents this episode of their Boxing's Best documentary series, taking a retrospective look at some of the history-making icons of the sport they call "the Sweet Science." Released in 1995, Boxing's Best: The Heavyweights -- The Stylists uses interviews and actual fight clips to profile several boxing legends who gained fame less for landing punches than for their ability to avoid them, exhausting their opponents before going in for the kill. Among the legends featured are Jack Johnson, Gene Tunney, Floyd Patterson, Joe Louis, and Muhammad Ali.
