Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Rodion Nahapetov's Border Blues tells two different crime stories, eventually showing how the two story threads intertwine. The Russian mother of a five-year-old in Mexico is attempting to meet up with her fugitive husband. She hires a crooked cop and a smuggler to help find him. A serial killer has sent a series of lethal mail bombs to people in Los Angeles. The police officers investigating the bombings will discover how the killer plays a part in the Mexican storyline.
