Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
Directed with his usual efficiency and economy by Richard Thorpe, this silent Western comedy from low-budget Action Pictures starred Buffalo Bill, Jr. and Harry Todd as a couple of drifters saving wealthy Mrs. Gordon (Winifred Landis) from a runaway touring car. Invited to stay at the Gordon's fancy hotel, Buffalo falls in love with the owner's pretty daughter Cleo (Judy King), but he is told that she can only marry a man of means. Accidentally overhearing a plot by "Fraction" Jack (Charles "Slim" Whitaker) to take over a valuable plot of land between Gordon (Lafe McKee) and his neighbor, Buffalo and Harry set out to stake their claim. They then persuade Gordon to buy the land, thus saving the hotel owner from the nefarious "Fraction" Jack. Newly rich, Buffalo is finally allowed to court the lovely Cleo.
