Synopsis by Emru Townsend
Bob and Margaret are surprised to discover that Trevor and Joyce have a grown son named Gary; in all times they've visited, they've never seen a single photo of him, nor have Trevor and Joyce ever mentioned him. Recently discharged from the military due to post-traumatic stress disorder, the gentle Gary is passionate about fish but otherwise has no real direction in life. Trevor and Joyce's parenting style, which largely consists of finding ways to get Gary out of their hair, leads him to latch on to Bob and Margaret. When Gary meets the laconic Heather at the dental clinic, Joyce seizes on her as a way to get him out of the house.
