Margaret starts to feel slighted by society because she's a plain-looking 39-year-old in a world that favors sexy teens and twenty-somethings. Everyone seems to be pushing her for some kind of makeover, and when she opts to at least try a new haircut, her shorter hair reveals a mole on the back of her head. When she goes to the dermatologist to have it examined, he pushes her to get plastic surgery for her face and figure -- and neither Bob nor Margaret know if she'll give in.
