Kenny Sultan is a talented musician and instructor who has mastered the styles of many of the greatest acoustic blues guitar players. He has a strong academic background in music, as well as experience as a successful sideman on numerous blues recordings. Viewers will be treated to demonstrations of the unique styles of Blind Boy Fuller, Mississippi John Hurt, and Big Bill Broonzy. Sultan uses many of the same effective teaching techniques on this video that keep him in constant demand as a guitar workshop leader. Those who already own Sultan's book of the same name may want to consult it while watching this program.
