Blood Screams, a fairly entertaining, bloody horror thriller filmed in Mexico and directed by Glenn Gebhard, is the familiar story of two young people who must fight a supernatural killer. When the townspeople of a small Mexican village start mysteriously disappearing, the frightened, superstitious local townspeople become suspicious of two young visitors (Stacey Shaffer and Russ Tamblyn), new to the town. In order to save their lives, they must find out the truth, which to their horror involves a legendary madman who begins to hunt them. Blood Screams was originally released as Los Monjes Sangientos.
