Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
Produced by Frederick Herbst, this minor silent Western starred Guinn "Big Boy" Williams as a cowboy with more brawn than brains, who nevertheless manages to save pretty Molly Malone and her rancher father from unscrupulous foreman Edmund Burns. This none-too-original plot was directed by W. Hughes Curran, who also played a supporting role as a Mexican ranch hand. The first in a proposed series to be released by Italian-born exhibitor Joseph Di Lorenzo, Blaze Away was followed by Trail of Hate (1922), after which the series was abandoned.
