Synopsis by Perry Seibert
After a children's birthday party ends in a hail of gunfire, RoRo and Samuel decide to clean up their crime-ridden ghetto neighborhood in the hard-hitting urban drama Black and Blue. The low-budget intensity of the film recalls the energy brought to other tales of urban life like Boyz 'N the Hood, Menace II Society, and Juice.
