Synopsis by Cammila Collar

This installment in the subversive series Big Noise Dispatches travels around the world to take a first hand look at war, injustice, and the way that innocent civilians deal with the actions of their governments. Some of the areas covered in this volume include the conflict between Iraq's three main Shiite factions, the class issues that have left so many New Orleans residents without hope, the struggle for fair elections in Iran, the environmental case building in the Ecuadorian rainforest, and the day to day lives of U.S. soldiers stationed in Iraq.
