Synopsis by Cammila Collar

This installment in the subversive series Big Noise Dispatches travels around the world to take a first hand look at war, injustice, and the way that innocent civilians deal with the actions of their governments. First the doc examines the effects of Israel's war on Hezballah, investigating how over a million refugees put their lives back together. It then goes on to take a look at such controversial topics as the Subcomandante Marcos struggle in Mexico, the oil industry in Latin America, and the growing popularity of "vulture funds."
