Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
This sentimental tearjerker is taken from a play that first appeared in 1851 at the Adelphi Theatre. (Milton Rosmer) is the nobleman who is forced to take up the life of a traveling showman of questionable talent. The scenes of the forests and the wagons crossing a river are excellently photographed. Margaret Dean is the nobleman's wife, with Warwick Ward as the villain in the traveling show. Also appearing are Kathleen Vaughn and Nancy Price.
