This entry in the Bellydance for Body Shaping series teaches viewers how to utilize belly dancing moves to tone and shape their abs. The natural movements of belly dancing are ideal to work out one's abdominal area, both isolating certain muscles and coordinating muscle groups. Made up entirely of belly dance moves, the three 15-minute workouts/dances are presented by professional dance artist Neon and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Andy Troy.
