Cardio Shimmy is part of the fitness video series Bellydance Fitness for Weight Loss. Instructor Rania uses techniques from the bodacious and historic traditions of Beledi to come up with these workout routines. Beginning with a warm up, this half-hour workout introduces the basic moves of shimmies and arm movements. Then, Rania instructs aerobic combinations including Lebanese and Upper Egyptian dance styles, followed by a cool down.
