Atea's instruction is perfect for beginners with the hip and arm motions being carefully explained. Along the way, she throws in some more complicated moves like pivots and turns. The dancers accompanying Atea each present a different body type and can even offer ideas for routines. Bellydance! Fast Moves is a good substitution for weekly lessons.
