The two young people in this movie are very much in love, but cannot make up their minds whether to marry. They go together to work at an agricultural commune, and encounter an unhappy childless couple. That encounter, curiously, results in their feeling they should marry. They do so, and move together to a more remote and secluded agricultural setting.
