The Bell Telephone Hour Telecasts, produced from 1961 to 1966, showcased the artistry of some of the greatest symphonic and operatic artists of the day. This film is comprised of several of those telecasts, featuring the "tenor titans," Franco Corelli, Giuseppe Di Stefano, and Jon Vickers. Their powerful, distinctive voices are each paired with distinguished sopranos: Regine Crespin, Lisa Della Casa, and Guiletta Simionato. They perform some of opera's best-loved arias and duets.
