Many years ago, human kind faced a long, tedious cold war with an alien race. Living in constant fear and uncertainty about the eventual conclusion of the war grew to be too taxing for both sides, and so eventually, a one-on-one athletic competition between the two species was agreed upon to decide the outcome of the war. Miraculously, human kind won despite the alien race's superior physiques. As a result, athleticism has an honored place on Earth. This six-episode OVA revolves around the satellite training facility where the most talented young athletes from Earth toil to become even better.
