Winner of Performance Magazine's 1997 Reader's Poll Award for Best Variety/Family Show Tour of the Year. When Barney the Dinosaur plans a surprise party for BJ, he makes sure it's a grand affair. Not only will Baby Bop and Professor Tinkerputt be there, but Barney's fairy tale friends Mother Goose, Humpty-Dumpty, Old King Cole, and many more plan on adding to the festivities. While Barney and the gang try their best to keep the party of a surprise, BJ wonders if she'll ever get what she really wants -- a bright red scooter.
