The third video in instructor Teresa Mason's celebrated dance-instruction series, Ballroom Dancing Advanced, is intended for the experienced student who wants to tighten his skills and address the fine points of the most popular ballroom dances. In this one-hour lesson, Mason demonstrates how to develop strong leading and following techniques, as well as personal style, and how to improve balance.
