Synopsis

Part 4 follows Roger Cato, managing director of London's Heathrow Airport, as he spends a week as a customer-service duty manager. Cato (who has since left Heathrow to run London's Gatwick Airport) carries luggage (and deals with unattended bags) and fields questions from confused passengers. The chief complaint: not enough signs, a problem made worse by renovations. Moans one man: "This is just chaotic."
